Create color palettes based on color theory harmonies. Complementary, analogous, triadic, and monochromatic schemes.

About this tool

Color theory is the science behind visually harmonious combinations. Our Color Palette Generator creates mathematically precise palettes based on five harmony rules: complementary, analogous, triadic, split-complementary, and monochromatic. Starting from any base color, the generator computes harmonious companions using HSL color space calculations.

How to use Color Palette Generator

  1. Enter a base color via HEX or color picker.
  2. Select a harmony type.
  3. View the generated palette.
  4. Click any swatch to copy its HEX value.
